Your first clean includes a full initial deep clean at no extra cost. Even if your windows haven’t been cleaned in a while and have built-up dirt or algae, we restore them properly and maintain them monthly for the standard price.



On your first clean, we carry out a thorough initial deep clean to remove built-up dirt and residue.
We use a purified water system with long-reach poles, allowing us to clean safely from the ground — no ladders required. Any window visible from ground level up to 45ft can be cleaned.
We clean the entire window unit each time, including frames, sills, vents, and surrounds. The purified water is then left to dry naturally, leaving a spotless finish with no smears or residue.
Even though we live in the driest part of the UK, it still rains around one in every three days. If we cancelled every time it rained, your monthly clean would constantly be delayed or rearranged.
That’s why we work in light rain.
We use pure water cleaning, which means rain does not affect the quality of your windows. They dry spotless regardless of the weather.
The only thing rain affects is our morale — but that’s what waterproofs are for.

No — you don’t need to be home.
We’re happy to clean while you’re out and about. You’ll always receive an SMS notification the day before your scheduled clean, so simply leave access available.
If needed, you can arrange a key for us and we’ll return it safely through your letterbox once we’re finished.
You can come home to clean, spotless windows without having to wait in.
To keep our service reliable and efficient for everyone, we don’t offer fixed time slots.
We work in scheduled rounds and send a reminder the day before your clean. This allows us to complete every property on time without delays caused by traffic, weather, or overruns.
If you have a specific need, we can sometimes arrange for your property to be the first clean of the day and adjust our route slightly — but this isn’t always guaranteed.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate where possible.

After each clean, we’ll send you an invoice by text or email showing when your payment is due and when it has been collected.
You are only ever charged once your clean has been completed, and all payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

We can provide either a full clean each visit, or alternate front and back cleans if preferred.
Yes we can. We offer one off window cleaning and this is priced at 2 x the monthly cleaning price as a deep clean is required to ensure you get a quality finish if your windows arn't being cleaned on a regular basis.
Yes — just let us know before your next scheduled clean.
Because we operate on a planned 4-weekly round, cancellations on the day (or after your reminder text) are too short notice, as your slot has already been allocated.
If you need to skip, simply give us notice before your next clean is due and we’ll adjust accordingly.
All cleans are scheduled on a 4-weekly cycle.
You’ll receive a reminder notification the evening before your clean at 6pm, so you always know we’re coming.
Occasionally, severe weather or unexpected technical issues can cause a short delay. If this happens, we’ll return to your 4-weekly schedule as quickly as possible.
If you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours by text, WhatsApp, or email.
We’ll arrange a return visit to put it right — or issue a refund if needed.
