Swash Cleaning – Terms of Service (4 Weekly Window Cleaning)

1. Service Schedule

All window cleaning services are carried out on a 4-weekly cycle. Your property will be added to a regular round to ensure consistent service.

2. What’s Included

Each clean includes:
All windows
Window frames
Window sills
External doors

All cleaning is completed using a pure water system, meaning windows will be left wet to dry naturally to a spotless finish.

3. Access Requirements

Customers must ensure clear and safe access to all areas to be cleaned on the scheduled day.
If access is not available:
The clean may still be charged in full, or
The visit may be rescheduled at our discretion

4. Weather Conditions

Window cleaning may still take place in light rain, as this does not affect the quality of a pure water clean.
In severe weather, the clean will be rearranged.

5. Payments

Payments are collected securely via Direct Debit through GoCardless.

Payment is only taken after the clean has been completed and invoiced
Customers will receive advance notification before payment is collected
Direct Debits can be cancelled at any time through your bank

6. Minimum Charge

A minimum service charge of £22.50 applies to all visits.

7. Ongoing Service

This is a recurring service, not a one-off clean.
By signing up, you agree to:

Remain on a regular 4-weekly schedule
A minimum of 3 cleans before cancellation

8. Missed Cleans

If a clean is missed due to lack of access or other customer-related reasons:

The clean may still be charged in full
Or carried forward at our discretion

9. Cancellations

Service can be cancelled at any time after the initial minimum period by notifying us in advance of your next scheduled clean.

10. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a clean, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to resolve the issue where appropriate.
